Bad App!!
App works fine if you are connected to the same WiFi as the tub.
App doesn’t work at all if you have no wireless connection and you are trying to connect to tub using cell.
App works very unreliably if connected to a different WiFi network than the tub is on. Yea, weird! Response to changes is very slow, up to a minute, crashes often, and often doesn’t make the change without repeated attempts.
Overall, very close to useless, but with many attempts I can finally raise the temp on the tub so when I arrive, I can jump in.Show lessGeorge2767
Still needs Improvement
Not sure why the problems haven't been fixed. Slow response to turn lights and jets on and off. Temp change is just about impossible to operate. It’s very frustrating. Someone fix this already. 1000 bucks for the option when the tub was purchased; I still have to get my kids to turn the tub up and down manually. It’s making me not to ever want to buy another Coast spa again. At this point I’m not recommending these spas to anyone.Show lessDave twofeathersonabullsback
Updates needed
Connects fine - and you can control basic things on the tub - you can even set timers for the filters. But why can’t you set timers for the heat? We have solar panels so want to heat it during the day for when we get back, This should be automated as I sometimes forget!martinw21

I agree I have never been able to connect. So I still have difficulty trying to work out my hot tub's controls as there seems to be no instructions anywhere!!Frustrated hot tub owner
Not working for me :(
No matter what i try i cant get this app to connect to my Spa. I can only launch demo. Otherwise it just tries to connect forever. Doesnt even timeout and let me configure the wifi so it might have half a chance? Any advice greatly appreciated please.GoatfaceE3
Horrible App
It wasn't too hard to connect the first time, but after 2 or 3 hours it stops connecting. Shutting off my hot tub and turning it on again allows the app to work, but it is easier to go out and adjust the controls manually than it is to "reboot" my spa whenever I want to change a setting.PtboScott

Initially I got it to connect and work, but afterwards it does not connect at all.

I really appreciate checking and controlling my spa remotely, but why do I have to choose to "Connect" and not enter "Demo Mode" EVERY TIME I launch the app???
Update: I've had it. Despite being within 20 feet of my primary router AND another access point, it disconnects every few days requiring a power cycle of the entire hot tub to get it to work. Useless when away.Show lessJGillan

mine has no control function. all you can see is what temp spa is. uninstalled it and reinstalled several times still doesnt work.bell9803
