horrible app
have tried every imaginable format to enter my phone number, but none are accepted, and I can’t get past the screen to select my seat and check in. and once you have entered a phone number, even if it is incorrect, it takes a while for the system to clear out what you have input, you can’t just immediately change it (the format) again. it’s like working with a computer program from the 1980s.Show lessDon't recommend it!

Flight booking not working. Useless app.
For almost a year now flight booking is not possible through the app. When you attempt to search for a flight you get the message that Something went wrong! Month after month and update after update and it still is useless.

Poor customer service
When I called for necessary help. Their customer service has no patience. One girl’s attitude is so poor. I can hear her say omg in whisper when she hang up on me.Urielala

Went to do mobile check in and the app would crash every time I tried to add tickets to Apple wallet or even just download the pdf.Dissapointment Personified

Open the app, you get a message something went wrong. After restarting both phone and iPad neither works. It doesn’t even open, how can Apple allow an app that can’t even open on the App Store?
Funny thing is someone posted this exact message in August, developer replied two months later with an email to contact them about the problem. It’s January, nothing changed.Show lessMazman123

As others have reported the app doesn't work. It shows an error message "Something went wrong, please try again later" immediately after launching.★omarrr

Flight attendant on flight 621 treated everyone disrespectfully even her colleagues! She was very rude with extremely bad attitude and worst behavior ever! I never experienced something like that in my life! I don’t think I will fly with them again or even recommend it.M yousif
