  • Worst app

    I have a lot of airlines apps and Egypt Air is terrible. Once I sign in with my record locater I should be able to use the app without it kicking me out and I am not going to memorize my reservation. I see someone else had the same feedback 2 yrs ago and still not fixed. Do better!

  • Can’t use the app

    Located in the USA. The app will launch but will not load.
    I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Updated my IOS, and still nothing.

  • App not working

    Was working fine until about a week ago. Now app won’t load and just says error constantly. Deleted and re downloaded with no success. Please fix this as our trip is in the coming weeks.

  • Doesn’t work

    The application doesn’t work at all especially in android’s version?!!!

  • Doesn’t work

    We have a flight this month with this carrier. The app doesn’t load. For days I’ve been getting a message that says, “something went wrong please try again later”. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Restarting my phone. I have an iPhone 14!

    None of those methods work. We’ll try to use the website to check in and will definitely be printing our boarding passes.

    To other buyers, don’t think you have an app to use. I would never rely on this app.

    Cannot open app on phone error response deleted app and reinstalled same issue tried different days

  • Entering my info every time I start the app?!

    It is the only app in the world maybe nowadays requiring your login and data every time you use the app! Also the upgrade bidding page, it just hangs, no error messages or anything. Just hands and you can’t do anything but close the app and restart from Zero. Every time.

  • Horrible app

    Since months and I can’t login to my account and every time I call the customer service they say ‘system is updating’!!! Can’t believe a company like Egyptair is having such an app! Big shame!!

    When I try to login to my account from the app is keeps loading and I am never logged in.
