Doesn’t work

Literally doesn’t do basic functions like flight search without hitting a bug. It’s a national embarrassment. This app should be pulled until it’s properly functional.

Terrible app

Keeps freezing, imposible to get the boarding pass

Seldom works

This app (and the company’s website) seldom work. I have been living in Egypt for almost 4 years and now, if I must fly Egypt Air, I go to their office in person to book tickets, 1980s style.

Poor customer service

When I called for necessary help. Their customer service has no patience. One girl’s attitude is so poor. I can hear her say omg in whisper when she hang up on me.

Very poor

It took me an hour to check in and get my boarding pass, including having to log in about 6 times as the system kept freezing.

I don’t advise travel with Egypt Air. Too expensive (comparing to its peers from better airlines) and no good service in exchange.

Useless

Went to do mobile check in and the app would crash every time I tried to add tickets to Apple wallet or even just download the pdf.

It does not work. At all

Open the app, you get a message something went wrong. After restarting both phone and iPad neither works. It doesn’t even open, how can Apple allow an app that can’t even open on the App Store?

Funny thing is someone posted this exact message in August, developer replied two months later with an email to contact them about the problem. It’s January, nothing changed.
