This App Needs To Work Better
The app freezes a lot. It has issues with processing or modifying flight changes. We had extreme issues with getting boarding passes to be added to the apple wallet.
The app does not appear to have an easy way to chat or speak with anyone for help when the app is not working correctly…Jervahnmorgan

It’s shame that one of the oldest airlines have this plate form it’s really old technology management you need to wakeup we are in 2021 ,you guys have to upgrade your plate form.Ahmednice

I need to enter my account # every time. It never provides my confirmation number. I always have to refer to the email. I can’t make any flight changes online. I can’t check any extra bags in online. Literally the worst travel app.moyoussef35

I agree with the other review posted about credentials. I find it baffling that I have to enter my account number every time I use the app. Who remembers their account number?! It's not even a user name or email that would be easy to remember! Many apps have already moved to enabling face id, making it simple to log in. Fine if you force us to type a PIN every time, but an account number? Please prioritize and fix asap!Show lessTabdelgawad

I bought round trip tickets for my husband and I in February 2020 for Christmas 2020. EGYPTAIR changed our flights, we couldn’t accommodate the new dates so we requested a cancellation on October 15,2020. It’s March 13,2021... multiple calls and emails and I can’t get anywhere with anyone. So disappointed in this airline...Show lessDWilson717
