I didn’t want to give the App a single star only because there’s a real nice effort in the design but the App so so far from being functionally good
The credentials for the EGYPTAIR plus card has to be typed every time I need to access the card which make it user unfriendly way.
My flights section doesn’t grab your reservations, previous flights or boarding card.
I have mentioned that in an earlier review/comment but some how the app developer was able to get all previous reviews deleted for everyone, please check any other carrier App and develo yours.
EGYPTAIR is not a small company or a bad one to have such very poor app.Show less@ibawwad

Maybe not, but I’ll add one. The app is fine, but needs two improvements: the first is to store my booking information. Many other airline apps do this. The second is to be usable for check-in. I tried several times to check in and change the seat I had been given, but it froze after I selected a new seat and then crashed. Thankfully I could check in on the web site on my phone. Why you are not making your application like Emirates one really it’s amazing
Since last month no body can select Seat number
