You really need to fix your check in and also need the special need request to a bit more easier so that you can request through the app instead of having to request at the desk. Really Needs more improvementIssabeth

only opens with wifi no mobile network access
Since this new update, the app does not work on mobile network. You have to be on wifi to open it. Ridiculous!!!! Sometimes I search for an airport, nothing happens and keeps searching.....Leith2000

When opening the app, it always mention that I need to upgrade / upload the latest version and it directs you to App Store if you press OK. I've got already the latest and could find a new one to upload / upgrade. Please advise!KATZYDodo
