Ashamed of it
EGYPTAIR should look for a better developer. The App is a disaster. I recommend the users to better use the website, there you would have better navigation. The App just masks the mobile website in the backgound plus an ugly interface.
This is a SHAME for Egypt and Egyptair shouldn't be PROUD of it. Better to remove it from the AppStore.

Very poor app
The only good thing about this app is that you can check in from the app. But everything is very badly done. The app isn't intuitive at all anything you want to do seems like hard work. If you are an EgyptAir Plus member you are in for a very ugly surprise. The app freezes on the membership page and quits on its own. And sadly you can not claim miles from within the app. Very badly written app.

Very easy
Hello guys this PP it's really good it's great and easy to use it and it's cheapest prices I think this is the cheaper to fly Egypt is really good. However first time I go with with this Airline I every time, whatever you say about it can't say any more,

Full of bugs
Dealing with this app is frustrating, it's full of bugs. Both versions, for iPhone and iPad, have different bugs. This app used to work fine before the last updates.
Bug
When i choose the departure date i can choose it and it does not cause problems. However, when i choose the return date i can't change it. The return date will be the same as the departure and can't change it. Please fix this
Pointless
You can check in, you can select your seat, you can tap on 'add to passbook' but it doesn't work. The printed barcode cannot be scanned to passbook either. What's the point?

I expected less from egyptair to be honest, but the app is fine the add to passbook needs to be fixed
No Passbook, no SMS
Unlike the previous reviews, I prefer to rate the app itself.
It has a nice interface and is easy to use, but on two different trips I tried to save my boarding pass to Passbook and also to get it via SMS, but neither worked. I could check in and have a .pdf of my boarding pass sent to me via email, but that meant that I had to print it out.
I don't consider this 'mobile check-in' at least not completely.
This app is also not listed among the apps that work with Passbook in the iTunes Store.
Please fix these problems and you'll have an excellent app.

Wonderful Airlines .. Best Pilots
Egypt Air has developed so much.. New planes, wonderful Crew and best landing and flying Time ever. The application is good and easy to use.
They just should be me generous in food and beverage. They are fine, still, need enhancement in timing. Best of luck..

Useless
Tried to book business class and couldn't select class. When clicking on their class descriptions got a blank window. Like I said useless
