The App is Broken
The App is broken, does not go between days, save your money, not worth it unless they fix it.
App doesn’t work
The app stays in day one. I sent an email to the developers almost one week ago and haven’t heard anything back.
Great App
I’ve used this workout/app numerous times and it works great. No hiccups or errors whatsoever. For the people criticizing the app because you want “to skip a day” that’s not the workout program. Perhaps you lack the mental toughness and dedication for this app/workout. There are other apps and workouts for your skill level and mental toughness level. Best of luck.

Great program, but the app needs upgrading
I’ve run the Pull Up and the Push Up program multiple times over the last decade. Great stuff when you’re in a pinch to increase those numbers.
However, the program lacks the ability to maneuver between days and the functionality sometimes skips days. For example, the push up app is stuck on day, and the pull up app is on day 3, when I started the program yesterday. It should be on day 2. There isn’t a clear way to fix this.

Garbage
Stays on day 1. What a joke.
Not useful
This app doesn’t move your days forward so it doesn’t track your progress.
Stays on day 1 with Zero reps left to do.
This app is completely useless. It never changes to day two to continue the training.
Doesn’t work at all.
The app does not change days on its counter. Well over day 1, but it still shows as the first day. Wasted money.

Stuck on day one.
Used To Work
I bought this app years ago and used it for a while, deleted it, reinstalled it and used it for a while, deleted it again, and just recently reinstalled it. It definitely used to work the way it was supposed to. I’m seeing two major problems with it now.
1) It’s supposed to multiply your push-ups by 4 but instead multiplies it by 5 so you have to do the math yourself and enter an incorrect number as your max in order to get the right number for your workout.
2) It doesn’t roll to the next day. It stays on day 1 of 14 and you have to add the reps back in manually.
I also have to Pull-up Push app and it does work as advertised. Here’s the funny thing... I never actually used to Pull-up Push app as intended. Instead of following the protocol, I just did my pull-ups 3-4 days a week and I saw great results with it. The Push-up Push app on the other hand, I followed Stew’s protocol exactly, more than once, and I never saw significant progress with it. I’m not sure why.
If you like doing workouts where you have to complete a certain amount of reps in as few sets as possible, this is good for keeping tracking for you, but the developer really needs to fix it.
