  • Transfers

    Took awhile for me to figure out how to make a transfer between accounts. Not obvious. Not intuitive.
  • What happened to landscape mode on my iPad with this app????

    Just logged in for first time since upgrade to this app 5 days ago. App no longer will work in landscape mode on my iPad!!! Pls fix this! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
  • Funds transfer doesn’t work

    I’m getting tired of doing your problem determination for you. When it fails, I have to call the credit union to get the transfer done manually. The phone rep asks me to attempt the transfer again so I can send a screenscrape of the error message I see. I guess it’s impossible for the rep to record the error message if I read it to them.

    This is the second time in two months I’ve had to do multiple iterations to get funds transferred. It’s not like I have more important things to do.

  • Could be much better with 2 fixes

    I’ve been using this app for several years and have asked the credit union many times to have the developer fix a couple of problems. And yet they continue, update after update.
    The first problem is that you’re required to manually disable screen rotation every time you want to scan and deposit a check! This is crazy and wasn’t the case in the old app from a few years ago.
    The second issue is that the app will periodically reject a check deposit saying the app can’t read the account and routing numbers at the bottom of the check. This despite the scans being crystal clear, all of the check showing, etc.
    It’s a good app overall but these two issues drive me crazy.

  • Love the app!

    The Face ID is great! The app is user friendly and meets all of my needs.
  • Hit or Miss

    The app is super janky. At times it allows me to pay my loan, and other times it continues to loop back to the “pay loan” screen and won’t allow me to continue. I have to try logging into my desktop computer and even then seem to run into the same issue of not being able to continue. I have gone as far as restarting my phone and desktop, clearing the browsing data on my desktop to ensure it’s not on my side and also deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone to try and begin fresh. When the app was first introduced it did not want to cooperate and work but after a while, it spontaneously decided to work properly. For about 2-3 months it worked consistently and then all of a sudden the issue of the constant loop back to “pay loan” continued. This will require me to call in to the customer service line where I will have to wait on hold to speak to a representative just to pay my loan, which completely defeats the purpose of the convenience of the app. The apps functionality is extremely unreliable and it’s more annoying than anything. Granted calling the CS line will still allow me to get my loan paid, but then why even download the piece of crap app if I have to call in anyway????

  • New mobile look

    I’m loving this new app and design. Very clean and easy to maneuver through my accounts. It’s way better than the old look. Thanks MOBILITY!!
  • Three issues with the new app: scheduled transfers, statements & logon

    1. All of my scheduled transfers, except a loan payment, did not carry over. I had to set them up all over again. On the scheduled day, the transfers did not occur first thing in the morning, but not until later in the day.
    2. The accounts are divided between share accounts, loan accounts and other. I was happy to see all my other accounts, along with the share and loan in one place. However, when I went to get my Statements, only the “Share” accounts showed up. I had to re-enroll on a different ID to access one of the “Other” accounts to get a statement for that account.
    3. Logon is more tedious since there is no TouchId or FaceId to logon. I use 1Password, but I have to scroll or search through my passwords to find the Mobility ones. 1Password does not recognize the app. Apparently the app needs to support “associated domains”.

  • App doesn’t work

    I changed my password. Had to delete app to register device. Now I can’t register my phone to log in to view my account. There isn’t anything Mobile about this bank without a working app!
  • Update

    Please update. Used to work fine, but not since iOS 13 is out it won’t let me log in and the app crashes all the time when I clock to log in with Touch ID
