The ui is t very clean. The app needs a token like every time u log in. Touch/face login works half the time. It looks like an interns version of an app compared to Wells Fargo or chaseAvgazn

Not Functional or User Friendly!
I go to make my first loan payment after being told I could download the app to do so, only to find out the bill pay option must be approved apparently. I tried paying on a Friday but found out this issue later once all Mobility Banks were closed. The app also looks a bit dated so some sort of update would be more nice on the eyes.Show lessDallasTx Fan
Touch ID doesn't work, but overall good
The UI on this App is not the prettiest. And the UX isn't the easiest flow but, it's super functional. I am on this app about once/day. I can look at my checking, savings, loan, and CD. I only have one issue, and it's not just the app - the login 😱. How many times do I have to enter a token for the same device?! The Touch ID stopped working months ago. Any time I dare try it, it flips out. Also why can't I delete old tokens in the system. But I remember when there was no app, so at least we have one now.Show lessAmandaMitch

My local bank has had a nice mobile app available for a while now. Glad this is finally available. User interface is clean and simple. Access is still cumbersome but I'd rather deal with that an identity theft. Can't wait to try mobile deposit.Kbeisly
It's Finally Here!
I've been waiting for a mobile YCCU App for, well, ever since I joined. They've finally released one, and I have to say, so far, it's perfect! The app is well designed - pretty, clean, and straightforward. Everything from account management to mobile deposits is clear and quick.
