When you finish your shift, and before you log out of the app, change to Off Duty. Adding, editing, and deleting hours of service events is supported if your supervisor has configured your account with the appropriate permissions. Frustrating User Experience
First and foremost, the user interface is far from user-friendly. Navigating through the app feels clunky, slow and unintuitive, with menus and options buried beneath layers of unnecessary complexity.
One of the most egregious shortcomings of Verizon WorkPlan is its inability to easily edit logs. In a work environment where accuracy and accountability are paramount, the inability to quickly and effectively modify log entries is simply unacceptable.

The worst
Not only is is super glitchy, but it is also painful to use.
This app destroys battery life like no other, from 100% battery to 30%, without more than 2 hours of driving.
The support people don’t seem to know what to suggest other than uninstalling the app, and then reinstalling it.
You can’t change the units from miles to km.
Error messages constantly displayed without being able to see what they are.
Ridiculous notifications when not using the app.
So so so much more issues that aren’t even worth listing.
Throw this app in the trash, and good luck to any poor souls forced to use it for work.
