This needs to be fixed. What good is the service if we can’t log in to view it on mobile?

Same prob as others here. Policy number too long for field. If you register, that field will take the policy number but you’re just met with a message saying your policy isn’t currently valid (even if it is). Shame this doesn’t work.

Doesn't make much sense
Through my membership with Bupa I have a membership number and a login ID to their online service. The app saks for a "membership ID", and I've tried numerous times with my two logins, and it's neither of those. First of all, I don't understand why I would need a third ID, and second of all, and probably the more annoying part of this, is that the app has no "help" solution, and if I look it up online, I'm send to the "register to MyBupa" page, which says I'm already registrered with my Login ID - which doesn't work with app. So confusing and so frustrating, it has now taken me days to claim, and I still haven't been able to claim anything, since the website doesn't have an obvious claim page either, and it tales longer to process, compared to how I've heard you just have to upload a picture of the bill you wish to claim through the app. And there is absolutely no help to find on neither the app or the website, except if you Call them, but I unfortunately do not have the time to call them with something as basic and supposedly logical as logging in to the app.

I downloaded the app to set up my account and manage my claims but the app does not even start. Black or white screen are the only thing I can see...
