Absolutely horrible
App crashes all the time, it gives me issues all the time when trying to use Zelle, it is very slow and I don’t like the fact that when you open the app, you immediately see your account balance.A month and they still didn’t see it coming
Two credit unions merged, with all of one transferring to the other. Received several emails to “get ready”. Then when it’s time to use the one credit union’s app (True Community), I’m unable to register my account, change user name, and change password. Glad I was given a month to suddenly not be able to access my money. Still haven’t spoken to anyone on the phone due to high call volume.Show lessNot So Good
I’m reviewing g this on the biometric feature only. Never works. It works for a couple of times then quits and never to work again…
