It's simple and yet still good it talks you threw the exercise eg your doing good keep it up 15 sec left so on and so on I'm glad I down loaded this think ill probably pay for it though as you only get the beginner work out with the free one

This app is so useful! I have tried so many things to get motivated to get in shape, but things always fail. This app makes it much easier though because it has clear instructions and videos to match to make sure you're doing the work out correctly! I'll be using this every day from now on! I jut did a work out and time flew by, barely felt like I was straining myself because it has timed rest periods and everything! So impressed with it!

Beginner
As a beginner to all this ever consuming health craze, this app seems a great place to start. But let's not forget, it's the work put in my ones self to achieve what you want. Having it sit dormant on your phone/iPad somewhere just won't cut it. I wish you all well, lets just see how many of us can actually be the best of who we can be. Never give up, never surrender.

Best App Ever!!
This app is amazing!! My favorite part about it are the motivational reminders! I am a busy high school athlete so being caught up in homework or after school practice is not hard to do. The reminders keep me focused! The workouts are great and no matter your body type or exercise level when you start... the workouts will work! I am pretty much addicted to workouts now and love seeing the body changes!! Get this app NOW!! :) and by the way I didn't get paid to say any of this... So now you know this is an amazing app!!

Needs More Clarity & Universal App
What's the difference between Ab Trainer X and Ab Workout X? I don't know either besides the cost of the app. Why should I have to pay for an iPhone and an iPad version of the app when they are exactly the same but scaled up for the HD version, if you are going to charge for an HD version of the app it should have additional features over the iPhone app. Finally, as stated I'm other reviews, why am I forced to review the to unlock one of the core features of the app?

Not actually used the app, looks ok from the outset but I'm only writing this because it activates 'dynamic' mode which sounds quite exciting.
I hope this works because so far in life the closest I've got to a six pack is a six pack of beer....even then I'm a two can Dan....
