Good
Quite good! Taste test on freeby OK, but need to pay $AU2.49 to activate significant tools for diet/parameter settings. Doesn't sync with other iOS devices as not web based. Good for privacy but not syncing. Waist measures (cm) should be included, but not. Otherwise worth purchasing.

Used to be useful - now everything I touch sparks another full screen ad. Have now deleted this app.
Amazing!
I love this app! It's exactly what I need. Such a good encouragement!!!
Like this a lot
After paying for a different app that was useless I was wary about this. I shouldn't have been. It's exactly what I needed. Ticks all the boxes and easy to use. As stated I like this a lot :)
Love this
Amazing app helped me so much, thanks!
Incredible
Perfect app... Β£1.50 for full access and the 'fast timer' is incredible... Couldn't have made the app better myself... An intermittent fasting version of my fitness pal... Great motivation
Clean
Simple idea with add on features in pro added motivation for those fasting hours.
Would like to see a list of benefits of fasting pop up to keep you going.

Controversial
The app it's self works very well, I've had no problems however if it was just a countdown app in general, that could be used for anything, eg someone's birthday, a gig, night out etc I would've given it 5 stars but it comes across as it's promoting and glorifying eating disorders, no way is fasting for weeks and weeks healthy! Lots of people, especially the younger ones are going to start to think it's entirely normal to fast for weeks on end just too loose a bit of weight, soon they'll become obsessed with the idea of loosing weight and develop an eating disorder, in my eyes this app is basically encouraging eating disorder tendencies and helping people towards an early grave, it's not good at all

Great app
Like the functions, keeps you motivated! Worth going Pro..
Calm down
Fasting is not only used in weight loss. I personally use it to maintain harmony in my body. So you armchair psychologists need to quit worrying about everyone else's lives, and get to living and loving your own.
