Should be removed!!
This app should really be removed from here. It's alright if older and more sensible people use it but some teenage girls and boys are beginning to use it to help track their weight loss which is then making them have an eating disorder. It isn't right. It's a bad and unhealthy way to lose weight which should be banned. I would strongly recommend no one to download this app, having known someone with an eating disorder it is not worth it. Type in 'blithe' into the hashtags on Instagram and see what I mean. Some people are starving their self to death and this is promoting it!!

Worth the money
Everyone is different, I've tried it all but finally this helped me lose weight with no exercise. You feel more motivated when you check the time you have been fasting for, you don't wanna end it...

I use this app and like it a lot, it's not quite as easy to navigate as I would have hoped for, ie to reset my goal date seems impossible, I know it can be done but how? Where? Please make it more user friendly. Overall, very good app

I love this app it is so useful and it really helps you keep on track with things. I actually don't have any issues with this app at all it is amazing.
Disappointing
I have 2 problems with this app. The first being the inability to record my previous fasts in this app. The second is the fact that this app assumes people only fast for a maximum of 24 hours. I fast between 36 and 40 hours thus rendering this application useless to me as it will always reflect an incorrect fast duration.

Using this app with the 8 hour diet
I've rated this app 2 star as it works when it wants to. The count down screen doesn't work very often but the notification of start and end fasting time does work. I would also like a count down that works to the end of my non fasting time as at the moment I use my phone alarm. Lots of improvements could be made to make this a very useful app!!!
