It takes ages even just to start and any operation or command given to the app takes a while before being processed, overall it’s well organised and offers many services, but I would prefer less services and more efficiency.camillo benso
Chat in profilo non funzionante
L app di per se è molto funzionante, ogni dettaglio non è stato lasciato al caso; l’unica pecca che ahimè incide tanto e il problema della chat che non funziona;
Provato diverse volte a riscaricare L app dallo store ma senza nessun beneficio, ho pensato fosse un problema di telefono datato (iPhone XSmax) ma non lo è in quanto su iPhone 14 non mi riesco nemmeno a connettere per poter chattare!

Great app, but…
The app is available in English however all the messages and banking system navigations are in Italian which makes it super difficult to manage if your Italian is not so good.
You need to use the online banking portal, at least this way you can use google translate.

Major security concern. Unable to access from USA.
It has been about three or four months now, if not longer. But no matter what I try—whether from a PC or iPhone that I own, I cannot manage to verify my identity in order to access my checking account. I have verified that my codice fiscale/ VAT ID is accurate and that my email matches up with the bank’s records, yet I STILL cannot receive the text message verification to my USA phone number.
