App Blocking transactions
The app keeps blocking my transactions all the time. I have been in contact with a few times with customer service only to find a rude lady asking me to go to the branch. We are an international business and this is not possible as I travel all the time. Please fix this issue ASAPveloceclassic
Really poor
If: 1. You are on a desert island 2. This is the only human contact available and 3. Your last experience of banking was a long queue in Italy then this will appear to be a reasonable app.

Impossibile attivare notifiche su iOS
Da tre anni continuo a non essere in grado di usare quest’app su iPhone perché l’app non compare sotto le impostazioni di notifica delle app del telefono (non c’è proprio in elenco) e quindi mi è impossibile utilizzarla come O-Key visto che le notifiche non arrivano all’app.MjZed47743126673236
