Great general purpose editor!
I’ve used this for years as it is simple to use and has the most common editing features for free. I have added sticker packages at a modest price. Occasionally a bug is introduced with a new version but is usually fixed in the next update.Maryland RVer
So bad!!
Okay so when I got this app, I thought the stuff on there would be free like advertised. WRONG!! You have a few free things but that’s it. 1: the stickers, you only get 4 free ones out of like 50. 2: the free collage choices are: one split in half vertically for 2 photos, one exactly like like the first one, but horizontal, one with 3 boxes for 3 photos, and finally one split into 4, for 4 photos. 3: for fonts, you get like 10 free ones out of like 60. 4: special effects like snowflakes or leaves, or light leaks you only get a few of the light leaks free. 5: borders. Download them once and you can use them a few times, and then they somehow just disappear. 6: once you save your collage, it’ll but all your stickers or text in the corner of you collage. That forces you to make super big, and even then they cut off your text. 7: the magazine covers? Not a single one is free. This app could definitely use some work to make it better.Show lessaguyv134
Unresponsive Buttons
I use this app to add text to photos and sometimes add borders. That’s it. The past several months the text option works sporadically. I edited a photo THREE times this weekend and each time when I clicked the checkbox to save the photo, the text I added did not save with the photo. I also struggle to pull up the font options. I click on the font button over and over again and nothing happens. I’m so freakin’ sick of it not responding. It’s time to find a better photo editing option.Show lesstheworldawaits_74
Never Works
I am so tired of this app never working correctly. I’ll add text and when I save it, it is always cut off (even though it doesn’t go to the edge of the picture) or it randomly changes the size and place of the text. I then have to take a screen shot that I crop. About 75% of the time I’m not able to change the color of the text and the only way to fix it is to start completely over. If you do plan on using this app just plan to work on a photo project x3 or x4 longer than you figure it should take you.Show lessElizabethDoesntHaveTimeForThat
BEWARE: They’ll take your money but won’t help
Support is a joke. I purchase the $6.99 unlock bundle a few weeks ago. After purchasing I was still unable to use the premium features, it just kept asking for me to pay again. I sent WeHeartIt support numerous emails including screenshots and actual screen recordings from my phone that show I was logged in with the Apple ID I used to buy the upgrade but still unable to use the premium features. The purchase also shows under my Purchase History. After a few emails back and forth and then sending the screen recording and another follow up email, it’s been five days now and “support” has completely stopped responding. I would not recommend upgrading to the paid version of this app because if you have an issue getting what you paid for, WeHeartIt support won’t be able to help you.Show lessRachelDeSantis

I loved this app and even purchased additional content for customization when I first started using it a few years ago. Back then I would’ve rated it a 5.
Recently, the screen locks out and doesn’t register selections like font or color change. It’s supposedly the most updated version so idk.kaedog
Software has kinks
I’ve been using this photo editor fir a year or so. I only use the basic package. If it was a seamless perfect software photo editor I would likely pay for the top tier photo editor. It works about half the time. Which means 50% of the time I have to re-do a photo edit or close the entire app and start over. I will say I’ve been able to get some cute edited photos of my grand babies using the basic package - it just took me a few tries to get there. I’m retired software / firmware training specialist so I feel my expectations for users is reasonable.Show lessThe Lost Papoose

I am having a very difficult time trying to add a text box to a collage. I would add one text box and be able to change the color of the text just fine, but when I add a second box, I am unable to change the font color or font style.
Also when I finish editing a picture and save it to my phone, the result looks different from what I see as my final product. Text boxes not showing up or randomly placed on the picture not anywhere near where I wanted it.
Long story short, there are a lot of bugs with this, and if someone can respond to this and fix the problem that would be appreciated. I paid for this app and it would be nice if it worked properly.Show lessActuary44

I just downloaded this to spice up my instagram photos. After my second text box, the next few I tried kept jumping into the middle of nowhere (not in the picture frame) and I couldn’t move them. I paid for the premium version thinking that you could only have so many text boxes on one photo and that may have been why it was glitching. I had to re-do this photo twice because the app unexpectedly closed down. I’m hoping this turns around or I will be reaching out for a refund.Show lesscolbyjones
It’s gone downhill
I’ve had this app since like 2014 or something. With every new phone I downloaded it again and again. But recently, it’s just stopped working. I edit my photo and go to save it and an ad pops up, I exit out of the ad, then it goes to a black screen and I have to close the app. I’ve tried 5-6 times and it’s still doing it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it twice and it’s STILL doing it. This app used to be my go-to but now I’m trying to find a replacement but none are as good as this app USED to be.
