Multiple times purchased
Not only have I purchased this app and the other pic editor app 3 times now, there are a lot of bugs. I cannot download the various borders, shapes, and countless other things, nor can I seem to be able to contact support. It keeps telling me “purchases restored.”

Does Not Work Correctly
I have been using this App for about 2 yrs. At first it worked great. Since the latest update I can’t see the stickers :( I have had to purchase the stickers 3 times and still can’t see them in the app. The text edit tools freezes and doesn’t let me go back to edit color ... Why is it so bad? I wish I had the old App. I’m deleting it and getting something else.Show lessSMR607
Paid for it twice still not working!
I was using an iPhone 5s when I got this app. I paid to unlock everything. When I upgraded to an iPhone 8 plus (using the same apple id) I redownloaded it and restored purchases but it didn’t work. I contacted apple support and they told me to contact developer. As adviced by apple support, I contacted developer and it took them forever to respond. I decided to just pay to unlock everything again and didn’t bother wasting time waiting for their response. 5 months after, the sticker pack won’t download. The borders that I previously downloaded one by one have to be redownloaded again. This is very disappointing.Show lessParagon5s

I had already purchased the expanded features and was attempting to modify a photograph. When I tried to remove the watermark, it took me to a screen requiring me to buy the features again. I could not recall how long ago I had purchased the features, and thinking maybe my purchase had expired, I agreed to buy the features. Luckily the Apple store indicated I had already purchased and asked if I wanted the features for free. I said “yes,” but when I went back to my picture, it wouldn’t let me finish but instead I was again taken to the purchase features window. I tried to close out and go back, neither of which did anything, and then hit the “redo” icon and it said my prior purchases were “restored.” Why would I need to restore something I have already purchased? I love this app! It is my favorite one to use for monthly updates of my kids! There’s always plenty of options for me to express my creativity and each milestone of my children’s lives! Love it but needs an 'undo' button.
When you use the stickers it's very easy to accidentally delete it when you try to shrink the stickers very small. I must have accidentally deleted an edited sticker about 15 times. It's annoying and there's no way (that I know of... correct me if I'm wrong) to undo a sudden change. It's really frustrating. But other than that I love it.Show lessjesuisxmoi
Practically Perfect but…
I don’t really have any complaints with this app. However, there is a particular feature I wish was added. When it comes to choosing borders, I feel it would be a lot easier to increase or decrease the border size based on a number line, rather than having to expand or shrink the border size by only being able to guess what is a decent size. With a number value applied to change the border size, it makes making photos of the same size much easier.Show lessaestheticBreath
Edit/web search doesn’t work
I’ve tried to contact support on this app twice over their edit/web search feature and they never answer. Their web search clip art feature no longer works. It hasn’t worked for over a week and no sign of it working. This was my favorite part of this app. Adding clip art. Very disappointed.annlw582
Half and half
Sometimes the app works like it should, frequently, though... it falls short.
When adding text, it typically works well for the first set. If you want to change the color, shadowing, etc. it normally works well!
If you add another set of text it 9/10 times will not allow you to change the color of the text, adjust shadowing, etc.
Then if you happen to click the first set of text, it typically kicks that color back to white with no way to adjust it back. Hence needing to close the app and start over. Extremely inconvenient!Show lessshelby82393

Wow, what were you thinking 🤔 when you updated this app? This use to be one of my favorite apps, & now I am about to delete it.
As my Grandpa use to say, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”.
