  • Truly original

I've never played a game quite like this. From the artwork to the scrolling gameplay to the unnerving story line that makes you jump, this whole game is absolutely worth the buy. I usually go for apps that are free but this one is absolutely worth the buy. Put on some headphones when you play it and get sucked in.

  • Awesome

Paired with Year Walk, one of the best gaming experiences I have had in my life.

I recommend reading through the companion app, playing Year Walk, then returning to the companion app with the new information you received when finishing your walk.
  • Your walking guide

I love that this is a separate app from the game, adding depth but not distracting from the sensual shortcuts that the game uses as it's language. The companion app is essential for fully exploring Year Walk. Be sure to enjoy the game and the companion together.
  • An Essential Component

I recommend reading through this before you play Year Walk. It will give you the cultural knowledge to appreciate your encounters in a visceral level.
  • Very intrersting

Provided a very interesting look into Scandinavian folklore. Found it very interesting, even though I don't plan to buy the app (the app looks good as well, however I don't generally play horror apps as I chicken out easily)
All and all a cool app.
  • This is necessary to really complete the game

Get it. You legitimately haven't finished the game until you check this out!
  • Great to have with the game!

All I have to say I'd. I understand that infanticide is a horrible crime, but Malacki, are you kidding me?!?! What about war and killing in other games. Have you played Dead Space 2? Or at you just a casual gamer who never plays a real game on console or PC? There are necromorph babies in Dead Space 2. Aleast infanticide was a part of our past, and they aren't condoning it. Lighten up! This game is more than just a game, it is art.

  • Clever

This free app stands on its own as a pseudo-reference work to contextualize the Year Walk game. As such, it's elegant and simple. An additional, highly amusing, purpose is revealed after the game itself "goes meta" once you've played through it sufficiently.
  • Great!

Excellent!! That reviewer below needs to take a look at history. Infanticide happens and happened a lot in late 17th century Sweden---and by no means is this game making light of it...geez.
  • Get this (after all, it's free)!!

Very interesting and well executed. If you already bought the game, there's no reason not to download this companion app.
