Awesome App
This app is perfect! I can see all my my car id cards and review my policy! West Bend is such a great company and I will forever keep my insurance with them due to their great products and amazing customer service. Every other carrier is subpar to West Bend in my opinion.Pro iPod nano
Easy to use
The app was easy to setup, just needed my policy number and then it took 2 minutes to create an account. Can see my auto Id cards and coverage on my home.Lisbon10
Not a belt to access account

Frustrating
This app is impossible to work with and convey what really happened in submitting a claim. In fact it wouldn’t even submit it after going through the process a couple times. Very frustrating.kometrr
Doesn’t work
I login and it just goes to a white screen. Doesn’t matter how long I wait nothing comes up. It’d be better if they just didn’t have the app. It’s a giant let down.Ken Huff
Not good 1st impression
Just moved from GEICO who’s app worked well. I created an account but never got verification email (checked spam). Tried to log in but couldn’t. Then later in the day the app let me in but I just get a white screen. Have closed and deleted app but nothing fixes the white screen. Tried tech support link in App Store but took me WB homepage.Show lessRazor44
Can’t Register Due To Inoperable Birth date on iOS
Downloaded the app and went to register an account but it’s impossible to enter my birth date. Only gives today’s date as an option and can’t proceed.Dog2323
Loading documents takes forever
