This app does not effectively help students understand mathematical concepts. The players are mainly focused on defeating the walking math symbols rather than the actual math problems. There are only a few math problem regarding fractions and players get more money by answering the questions correctly.

Good balance of game vs decimal math
I wish more games would add an academic aspect to them.
This is a basic tower defense game where your 4th grader answers a few decimal math questions to gain $ to buy more number boasters in the game.
Kept my kid busy and I was surprised at how much she improved on estimating fraction and decimal values. The number line is especially good.
Math defense is good at teaching math, strategy and incorporated marching numbers where each shot reduces their value.
