Great app but...
Really good app! I rate all of the wines I have tried into the app so I can recall which ones I do and don’t like. There is one issue however and that is the fact that many are misspelt or the labels are outdated on the app. Each time I come across one I email Customer Support and ask them to update which they assure me they do... but the changes apparently only show on their website and not the app itself. When will the app sync with the website? Thank you.Show lessTammerlySara

Hi Tammerly. Thanks for letting us know about this! I checked some of the labels you kindly alerted us to, like Boatshed Bay and Tin Horse Sauv Blanc. It looks like the labels have updated on the Tasting Notes page for each wine; however once you save a wine, the label in My Cellar seems to be locked into whatever the wine label was at the time you rated it. I've asked our team to look into why this might be happening. I'll let you know as soon as we have a solution.Not Terribly Oz Friendly
Does a wonderful job of identifying the wine you’re drinking, but not so great at directing you to someplace local where you can buy it... at least in ‘Straya.Jagdflieger23b

Latest updates have ruined this app
Getting timeouts and error messages never seen before latest update. App is now frequently crashing as well and has to be force closedWithnail69

I'm very sorry to hear that. Our developers have looked into this and we had some issues over the weekend with slow loading times, which could have frozen the App when it waited for a response from our servers. But your issue sounds serious, and we'd really like to do some more research. Could you please get in touch at feedback@wine-searcher.com. We'd like to ask you some more questions about the type of phone you were using, the time of day this occurred and what part of the App you were on.
