Worst service in UAE by far - not worth the money
I’ve used the service for long time and 20% of the time they mess up and destroy the cloths. Is okay for bedsheets or non delicate tshirts/jeans. When it comes to something that you don’t want to spoil, just go somewhere else.
Worst clean and press in Dubai
I used few times the clean and press service, and every time shirts are not ironed properly. I tried to reach out to the customer service, and they didn’t pick up. Will uninstall the app
Terrible service
They damaged my several sweaters. All of them were shrunk and could not even remove a simple stain from the coat. Additionally I warned them not to wash my premium coat in the machine but they did and it does not look as good anymore! Very unprofessional!

Lost or stolen?
They lost my wife’s jeans from our two wash&fold bags and refuse admit it. Very unprofessional UPDATE They were able to resolve this incident, so I updated the score to reflect the good job they usually do. UPDATE2 On the next order they lost my shirt. I fortunately noticed that, otherwise nobody cares. Ending my relationship with them.

Bad quality
A high end branded shirt that I purchased in less than 6 months and from the moment I started cleaning it, I gave it to them; guess what! White marks were there all over the collar due to the bad pressing and they couldn’t remove a stain that was on the shirt and claimed that it is normal that after 2 to 3 washing services, the shirt will not return to its nice condition as before; really very poor customer service !!!!
They charge you 25 AED/item if you give them one shirt only for a clean and press service and you receive a service like any laundry that charges you 3 AED !!!

App doesn’t work and chat took 20 mins
Even though I’m an existing customer the app wouldn’t let me complete an order. Thought I’d try the chat. Took 18 minutes before someone replied. I took my business elsewhere

Rude, overcharging, Ripped up clothing
Returned a pair of swimming trunks with rips and tearing. Triple charged the fee over 2 days and then completely ignored my request to explain or refund. When I write to ask for refund on ruined clothing they don't apologize just say they will check store - Agnes. They will be nice until they decide make a mistake, then the real face of terrible servicing and thieving overcharges comes up!!

Customer Service Is A Disaster
5asec has a good and premium service which is expected compared to their rates, but watch out as once something goes wrong their customer service wouldn’t be much of a help! I’m never using their services again and the reason is the customer service!
Excuses
The cleaning is the best, the app service and customer service are the worst. Drivers always lie, including claiming that my buildings’ parking is paid (I lived here for 3.5 years by the time this review is published), they NEVER respect pick up or drop off times per requested policy. A different excuse every time. Very disappointed.

New the brand. Great service. Go to Marina store for great staff support. They know what they are doing. App is really good.
