App Is Broken!
I’ve been using this app for two years, and it worked perfectly. After the “refreshed” update came through a few weeks ago, the app is completely broken!
Often during the night, the app disconnects from the other monitor, or it will just stop transmitting audio all together and I cannot hear my children cry. The mute button is also broken - it doesn’t mute sounds a lot of the time, or it automatically un-mutes itself after a few seconds.
This is such a disappointing update, as it’s made a perfectly-working app completely unusable. Unfortunately I won’t be able to get my money back, so I’m just going to find a different app instead.

It's recommended no to put put app on background or lock the screen. The iOS can retake audio resources or end the app. The app uses internet connection. As long as you use default router settings and the external 3G / LTE connection that works, you can connect. We are working on improved local connection only with high stability on bad or no network. It's in beta now and should be available this or next week for public. Microphone silencing in in default auto-unmute mode. You can switch it in unit setings to disable that feature. However in next update we will switch it to default standard mute function. Very helpful
It’s an all in all solid and reliable app. It’s got a lot of great features that other monitor just don’t have. I can watch my baby in the dark with the helpful nightlight, I can play songs from iTunes to my baby, I still get alerts when someone calls me and the baby monitor is active and the most helpful thing is being able to watch my three children separately on just my phone.

This baby monitor saved my vacation. We forgot our hardware nanny at home, but I must say BM5G is even better. Since I installed and paired the phones, I no longer use a baby camera other than BM5G.

I give this baby monitor 5 stars because it works really well and I'm happy with it. It makes it easy for me to care for my child and is not expensive at all, so I recommend it to all tired parents.
Great baby monitor
We’ve had our first baby a few months back and ever since then we’ve been looking for a way how to manage naps and snacks. We use this app daily, mostly just really for the naps because at night, she sleeps with us in one room so there’s no need. It’s been very reliable and I like that it lets me know exactly how long she slept and when. I just like keeping track of things 😀

Deserves zero stars - works very intermittently.
Yet again this app has let me down and ruined pans for another evening going out very near to our house. Despite having purchased the app back in September and having intermittent success, it fails more often than it works and even when I try to logout or restore my purchases, it just doesn’t work well at all. I recommend avoiding this one.

I usually do not write reviews; however, felt strongly about taking the time to write this one. My husband and I were on vacation and forgot our baby monitor. I saw that this was an in app purchase and thought that I wouldn’t be charged until I made a purchase; however was charged the full amount through iTunes anyways. Additionally my husband had to get the account to use the second device, so we ended up purchasing twice. This entire app is confusing, misleading and has poor quality. I tried reaching out to the company to explain how the internet connection we had wasn’t working and I never heard back. As someone who is pretty proficient in technology I thought this app was bad and not worth the price. I’m watching my bank account the next few months because I’m not sure what the actual in app purchase is and if I got it.

Too complex
Installed it over a year ago on two devices and was using it. Now I’m trying to get it to work so I have to pay just to install it, then pay again to install it on another device! That’s stupid! I’m uninstalling this trash and will look for something else.
Pairing with Android? Look elsewhere!
Do not get this app if the phone you are planning on connecting with is an Android. The app for Android which also costs money, continuously crashes.
