Very poor APP not working asking update but not updating
Convenient and well-integrated features
Earlier I used to check the option chain on NSE, then calculate Greeks separately in Excel before placing trades. Here, the Greeks are visible in the option chain itself and trades can be placed from the same screen. The whole process feels seamless and way less stressful now.

Its getting better with this app. They added new features to see 5 year’s performance of the MF directly from my portfolio. Awesome thanks . It will be better to add some reports in the iOS version of the app
The app shows inaccurate data and does not show updated data many times.
I have emailed multiple times and still the app shows incorrect and not updated data risking investors and their investments.

Some obvious and some not so obvious improvements needed
1. Since the new app rollout, there is a pop up blocker to turn the notification on. I have consciously turned it off.
2. Cannot replace the top 2 visible indices by drag-drop from the 6 holders available. Need to delete the one not wanted and the one that is needed.
Legacy issues-
New app is better in terms of looks but the glaring UX issues continue to be present.
1. Cannot access charts easily. Still have to go back to Zerodha kite for that.
2. Cannot see market depth, high/low by clicking on contacts, have to go to watchlist for that
3. Filters applied on positions don’t stay, have to apply them every time.
4. Can only see YTD mtm, date filters don’t work
5. MTM is not inclusive of brokerage and charges. Tax pnl is not available on the app.

1. Not sure if charges of Ultra trader pack are considered as deductible in tax pnl
2. Have to place multiple small orders as margin does not consider benefit of have opposite option position. This, Straddle/strangle needs 4-5 orders to set up with full margin utilisation.
