Thoughtful App, but not much customization

This is a reflection, well-being oriented app. It does what it’s designed for. I thought it might be good capturing task and helping me prioritize them. I wish I could say the insights into my feelings on these tasks was accurate, but I didn’t really have feelings about them. I just don’t write fast and legibly. It would be great if there was some setting to tone down the therapy and boost the productivity coach. I still may try this for CBT

A fantastic daily alternative perspective on my daily life. Highly recommended!

The Greatest Mental Health Tool Ever!!!

The 6000 Thoughts app is an unbelievably powerful and easy-to-understand tool for managing mental health. It allows me to write out what I’m feeling, thinking, and believing, while also letting me express my anger and emotions verbally through a microphone. The app uses AI language model technology to analyze and organize my thoughts, providing a clearer, well-thought-out perspective on my feelings and experiences.

By combining this app with ChatGPT and a simple notes app, I’ve greatly expanded my understanding of my emotions and identity. Over time, the app categorizes my written thoughts and provides data-driven insights into my triggers, thoughts, deep inner beliefs, and cognitive biases through organized charts.

This delightful tool is incredibly beneficial for anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, or other mental health issues. I highly encourage using this application for at least one week—you will not regret it.

Has potential but inconsistent

You can have a vent and make progress, it sounds like you’re getting somewhere l but then it fails to analyse the recording….

Alle Gedanken in einer App

Alle meine Gedanken in einer App? Das geht? Ja mit 6000thoughts konnte ich meine Gedanken sortieren. To-Do-Listen waren gestern. Heute musst du diese geniale Erfindung einfach installieren und du wirst staunen was die App alles an Gedanken dir abnimmt.

Great app!

6000 Thoughts is an excellent app that provides valuable insights into your thoughts and emotions. The app is easy to use and encourages daily journaling for self-reflection and personal growth. However, I did encounter an issue where the text box wouldn't go up dynamically while typing, making it difficult to see what I had typed. Despite this, I still highly recommend 6000 Thoughts.

Response from developer

Hi Sushant, Sorry about the text box issue. We will be releasing a new version with a fix. Really appreciate your kind words and the effort you took to write such a helpful review. It makes us motivated to do better.😍🙏

actually works and is simple enough

used it to get clarity on work related thoughts that kept me occupied.. basically uses simple concept of being aware of your patterns and challenging the stories you tell yourself. like the perspective provided by the app

Simple and effective

Easy to use and a great way to understand my thoughts and help in de-stressing and become more in control of my feelings

Easy to use app and effective in reducing brain fog

I find 6000 thoughts quite handy and effective! I have been using app when I sit with my morning coffee and just speak my thoughts to the app. Sometimes these are some emotions carried forward from previous day or things i would like to get done through the day. I particularly look forward to using the app and checking out the insights when I’m indecisive or confused about something.

Curious to try the guided sessions next!

Really well made!

6000thoughts is super cool (really like the name btw) and well done. I didn’t expect that talking out loud the thoughts I have will calm me down, but seems like the technique that the app uses actually works. At first, I just gave it a try and was surprised with the summary the app autogenerated which made me think, think a lot (an experience similar to a cold shower at first). Now I try to consistently use it, mostly on the way to gym and can notice that I worry much less.
