Urgent Update required for IOS 16.4.1
I am using for last 5 year, it is great device but now require update for IOS 16.4.2 . Device connected but warning either voice bridge off or not connected to Wi-Fi. It is becoming unusable. I did reset and reconfigured, but same message.

Non-functioning product and zero support
Despite being on a really good network, the product has always been unreliable. When it worked it was ok, but the product was not professional.
Having asked for help over the years, I never received any - then approached executives at Invoxia and eventually had a reply- and now my unit doesn’t work at all, which I cannot see as unrelated and we are back to them ignoring communications.

iOS 15 breaks inbound calls
Although things were always a bit buggy with this device / App, it was at least usable. Since updating to iOS 15, inbound calls do not ring on the app unless the app is open. No rings, no notifications, nada, when the app is either closed or in the background. As soon as you open the app, it starts ringing and the push notification comes in.

Great idea but nowhere near perfect. Echo of own voice is a major problem, especially when trying to join an existing conversation.
But more worryingly the app seems to have stopped working within the last week or so. At first it would drop a call after a minute, now it will join an existing call then immediately drop it.
Have deleted and reinstalled, and rebooted the base station. Will report back and adjust rating if appropriateShow lessbeecgee
Super buggy poor support
Many settings are missing on the app such as for removing devices previously paired to the base. No support on how to fix these issues.Sabzatron5000
Just works, very reliable
Easy to use, your mobile just works as if it were directly connected to your landline, list all the landline phone calls, call quality extremely good, does everything I hoped!Andg1000
Great Concept, needs update
Just bought an Invoxia Voice Bridge for £94.99, it was out of stock everywhere. I needed something like this, but although it’s a great concept, if it’s not reliable enough then I can’t use it fully. There is a huge market for this specially in countries where landlines are still primary contact numbers, it just needs little TLC from the devs:
- Please update this to iOS 14
- Make it consistent and reliable
- Selectable iPhone ringtones

Great Idea and a decent app but it needs an update!!
The call info does not show the phone number of the caller unless you try to call them back from the cellphone (that’s an issue)
The quality of the call is OK when on WiFi but it’s bad when on 4G even if your 4G is very strong with decent MbpsVxonox zektor
Great piece of kit
After having my landline diverted to my mobile for over 5 years with quite high divert and call costs, this is a breath of fresh air.
Had a few problems to start with. Was receiving notifications that I had missed a call but the iPhone hadn’t rung. Worked out that in settings I needed to select the “always on” function and it has been fine since.
