Needs to be update badly
Lease update your app. As of 2019 with an Apple X OS, your app does not work outside of the WiFi home network. It needs to be updated badly to work away from home and the WiFi network. Before the new updates for the X OS, it was working. You have some major work to do to have your product do what it says. Needs to be made compatible with 5G network.Show lesstjcfont

Fair to poor
No guarantees. Too many times it works locally then as soon as away from home system fails. Can’t reboot until u are back from out state or international. Buy another system if you can. This at best had been 50% success.Kik1958
Doesn’t receive calls
Absolutely useless app doesn’t receive calls that come to the landline, it only tells me about the call later!!!annoying-choosing-nicknames
Great idea. But very temperamental
What a great idea!.... however...
1. Sometimes doesn’t notify or ring when someone calls.
2. Drops calls mid conversation
3. Base landline phone rings, but app takes around 2-4 rings before iPhone starts to ring. (Annoying if anyone answers your landline before you get to answer your mobile through the voice bridge app).
4. If you answer a call via your landline phone, voice bridge keeps ringing for 2-4 rings on your mobile... so you have to literally run with your landline phone away from your mobile cos that is ringing after you answer your call!
If voice bridge sorts threse bugs out this would be a great bit of kit!Show lesspeterpaz
Good idea but iPhone app needs attention
Seems to be problem accessing all the Settings options eg Country, Devices and Base Settings all disappear. Deleting and reinstalling app works for a while then they disappear again. Could not send feed back from iPhone XS so had to email them. No answer. Just found that app on iPad does have the missing options and it possible to send feedback. So now to see if I get a response to that.
This a really useful facility to have so it would be a big disappointment if the iPhone app is not updated soonShow lessknottinghill
Great hardware, OK app
The app works with the Voicebridge hardware to let me answer and originate calls on my landline from my iPhone over my WiFi network. The setup and configuration was trivial and the system works well.
The app does not access iOS ring tones and the few tones in the app are annoying and overly loud, in my opinion.Show lesslisowskiw
Love/hate
Very cool idea! The problem is that it rings randomly at all hours of the day and sometimes interrupts sleep or meetings. Support contacted but engineering has not responded. After a few weeks of patience, I think I’ll now have to return this. So cool but not worth the pain!MOT_from_ATL
