An excuse of an app
The app is buggy, slow, inadequate and outdated. Constant crashes and outages plague the poor experience it offers. I’m genuinely amazed that a financial institution allows their users and services to be so poor and unreliable. I won’t even mention the bad flows, confusing UI and lack of functionality. The other app they have is also a disaster and it is beyond my comprehension why they have two apps which don’t work well and don’t work well together.

Slow processing of requests (any)
Lately, the app is just total garbage.
It takes minutes to load a preview and few minutes to execute an action!
Please, resolve those performance issues and improve the speed of response to the customers’ needs/requests. It should be a user friendly and easy to use app, if it can’t be then let’s go back to the cashiers desks! It doesn’t save much time lately!

Работи, когато пожелае! Постоянно дава системни грешки и е чудо и огромен късмет да успееш да платиш комунална услуга или да видиш наличността на парите си в реално време.
При толкова банкови такси и никакъв интерес, то най-малкото, което една банка дължи на потребителите си е винаги работещо приложение…

Throws errors left and right
When are you going to fix it it almost never works from the first time I have to restart several times to do a simple thing
Unreliable
If the bank is as reliable as its software, you better withdraw your money fast.
Very poor functionality
The navigation of this app is very confusing. The chosen UI is not mobile friendly, some of the buttons and functionality are broken. Most of the features don’t even make sense. I’ve had horrible experience every time I had to use the app, I’m sure most of the positive content are written by bots or staff because there is no way someone actually thinks this app is usable.

Very intuitive
Easy to use, intuitive. Responsive, has number of options that other competitors don’t have. For example, I can check the status of my loans straight in the app.
Far from 24/7, doesn’t work early or late
When it works, it is ok, but when you try to do something early in the morning or late at night and sometimes during weekends, there are “funny” errors like queue is not responding, invalid transaction, error getting values, etc. Customer support is generally very friendly, but they cannot solve things related to backend systems not operating 24/7.
