    Possibly the worst bank in existence
  • Face ID doesn’t work

    It’s August 27, 2023 and Face ID is still not working. This is very frustrating. Fix your app!!!!
  • Doesn’t work

    This used to be a great app until it wasn’t. I can’t even sun on now. It tells me I’m using the wrong user name and password. I go to the website and use the same ones and it logs me right in.
    I wish they would fix this, if it weren’t such a pain I’d close my account because this app is not useful at all. I uninstalled it several times and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. All it does is makes it to where I have to call and reset my password because it’s showing that I’m using the wrong ones.

  • Please fix face ID

    Face ID does not work. I still have to enter in my password every time.

    They really are setting up an ATM more advanced than any other around. However, they can’t fix the basic thing which is transferring money from savings to checking or vise versa. Strange company. Going to be switching to a new bank soon.

    When this app actually works, it’s very nice. It seems to malfunction quite a bit.

    I like using the biometric (facial recognition) login but about twice a week, it forces me to enter my username and password. Ok, maybe that’s being a little too critical but it’s aggravating.

    About twice a month, I need to transfer funds immediately and the app won’t pull up. Most of the time I can transfer funds from my billing account to my “$100 max balance debit card” without a problem but several times now, I’ve had to walk away from a purchase because I couldn’t transfer funds to that card. That’s a big problem.

    Most recently? For the last 3 days, this app tells me that my username and / or password is invalid (absolutely not true as I’ve quadruple checked them) and redirects me to Tristar’s online website where I’m supposed to enter my username and request a text message to my phone. My number is not listed and none of the listed numbers have ever been used. It offers a “use number on file” option and I still don’t have a text. The number listed for assistance is Tristar’s main branch number so, of course nobody answers on the weekend or holiday or after hours. I NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE!!!!

  • Love this app

    This app is AWESOME!! I love it and never have ANY issues. The bank is always willing to help out if you do get locked out and you get a real person to help you step by step. I have an iPhone and it works perfect.
