The app does not support renewal of car registration if you have exceeded the month period for renewal....

ارجو اضافية امكانية تجديد المركبات عن طريق التطبيق بعد الانهاء من الفحص الفني ... بدل الانتظار في الطابور لانهاء خدمة تم اصلا تحويلها الكترونياD Calm B4 Storm

للاسف تجديد ملكية السيارة تعبان اسبوع وانا اتابع موضوعي بعد ان قمت بالتجديد وتم خصم المبلغ من البنك واتابع المرور يقولوا لي السيارة ما مجدده و اتصل على الرقم الموجود في التطبيق الخاص بالمرور ويتم الرد لم يتم توصيله 😢 والحين لا انا مجدد السيارة ولا فلوسي رجعن ليابو عبد العزيز الراشدي
It works But..
The positive:
1. You can view and pay your traffic fines.
The negative:
1. The app design is really not that good. It does not look professional. I believe that a hobbyist in his free time can do a much better job than this.
2. It lacks the features that would make people want to use the app.
3. Subscribing for alerts should be free, you should be encouraging us to pay our traffic fines and renew our cards on time.
What should be improved/added:
1. We should have a profile that we use to login once.
2. The profile should have our updated contact info.
3. We should receive updates/alerts as soon as a traffic offense is registered using our preferred contact method.(For free)
4. A history of our traffic offenses and how much we spent so that we remember to think before speeding again.
5. Daily/weekly notifications about traffic safety.
6. And so much more.
I believe that the app could include many more features that would benefit the users, and I really hope something is done to improve it greatly.Show lessAMUR_HM
