This app does not work do not buy!
What a shame I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. It doesn’t work. I’ve spent hours trying to get it to work, updating phone, putting the app on and off my phone and iPad, etc etc. it says I don’t have any issues available and is trying to make me pay despite having bought a one year subscription. To make it worse no one has bothered to come back to me about it when I contacted support. Going to get a refund.

Where is my subscription.
I can see older issues but cannot access new issues.
I updated my subscription which I thought would fix the missing May, June and July issues.
I logged out thinking it would be easy to log back in as I had just used my user name and password on Magsonline but no there is a problem with my credentials.
Pressing forgot password gets no result and emails to help desk are not answered.
I have previously had no problems but this is so unsatisfactory.

Great content but TERRIBLE app
I love the magazine but the iPad app crashes literally every few pages. When it reloads it goes back to the front cover. There has also been a dramatic change in content over the last year - no more lovely interactive parts and way more advertising.

Really, initially dropped my iPad subscription due to crappy downloading issues! Emailed my concerns but no feedback from you?
Decided to give you a second chance but still the same issues!!!
You need to fix this problem to keep your customers happy, great magazine and love it but the iPad issues are not worth it!

Cannot update to the new version! Help!!!
I cannot update to the new version, the link sends me to the App Store , but not update there.
Just cancelled my sub, terrible new layout
Having been a subscriber for over 10 years and online subscriber for last 2 years I am very disappointed at the new layout which is just a scan of the magazine and not interactive like it was until it changed in July this year - with a recipe per page. I find it hard to use now and while I loved using the recipes it is not worth it anymore. If you decide to change back to the great app you had I will resubscribe. Why oh why do the app writers not understand that everyday users want something intuitive!

STOPPED WORKING!!!
I have loved this app for years, but now I have been trying to download the March edition and it just won't work ..... just an empty oval where the download button should be. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Annoying when it doesn't work great when it does!
This app has a lot of potential and is lovely to use.....when it works! Viewing the magazines is easy and the pictures and recipes are fabulous. The technical side is terrible! I currently can't download the current issue (much like many others) and it doesn't hold the issue all the time. For example if you go to an old issue it tells you to re-download or update it which is ridiculous! I've read it before so why can't the entire issue still be there without having to go back online and update it. The entire purpose is to have your magazines with you all the time but what's the point when you're on the plane or out of range of service and you can't even open your saved favourite pages and recipes to view?!!? The app support its the at all helpful either.

Finally after many emails and hours wasted I managed to connect and was able to access my library. BUT now the new March issue won't download!!! Obviously there are major issues with this app that needs to be rectified ....a year of putting up with this will not be something I want, definitely won't be subscribing to this online magazine again.

Stopped working
Very sadly this app has suddenly stopped working. It won't let me download the last edition of the magazine. 😭
Have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, sign in and out, but nothing solves the problem.
I really hope they fix this problem soon as I love this app when it works properly.
