Barcode scanning issue in the Asset module has been fixed.
Cannot reply to a specific conversation, only to the initial requester. Notifications don’t open the latest update. You can view tickets and conversations, but not really work with this app. Disappointed.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We will check with the core team on API availability for replying to a specific conversation, and try to implement it in one of our upcoming releases.
Push notifications will work fine from the latest server build (13001).
