Definitely need to work on putting the correct and full vehicle information. ( Gray Chevy ) is not helpful And better notes for the tow operators would be highly appreciated…

The update is awful
It no longer notifies you when you’ve been sent a call it’s a days work just to refresh every few seconds. I get to calls and the police are saying they saw the company name change multiple times which is not surprising because THEY DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD A CALL. Fix yourself! This is going on a week long of zero notifications just “your response time is approaching” sound…. Ummm excuse me? How is this not in the works? This is crucial for communication from cops to companies to clear these accidents and such. Update is crucial to the relaunching of this app.

App Doesn’t give notification upon receiving call
Since the app updated on my phone, when my tow boss sends me a call I don’t get notification and today we’re late due to fact never received it then he calls me on phone and I open app and there it is.

Worst app ever
This app is absolutely horrible everything about it is trash the navigation is trash the fact that you can’t see redispatched calls in the history and available drivers in the history like we could before is horrible this app needs to go back to the way it was and you need to fire whoever thought this version was a good idea obviously none of you idiots ever towed a day in your life!!!!

This app is GARBAGE. I get no notifications. I don’t even know I have a tow until I get a phone call because it’s been in dispatch too long. Hate this company and the app.
