Excellent delivery
Excellent range of products. Unfortunately, have a few items on my wish list which have been out of stock for weeks.
Delivery is always excellent and good follow up if an issue with quality.
Only irritation is when I order and pay for an item and then days later, get a message to say- now out of stock. Has happened at least 3 times. Giving me credit is not really the way to go- you are basically keeping my cash and forcing me to buy from you again. You should reverse the credit card payment.

Fix these issues immediately please.
I’m a seller, it really bothers me that the title character limit on the browser is different to on the app. Can you guys just not make it all the same limit?! It’s currently limited to 75 characters on the browser, I have listed hundred of products with titles just under 75, the result is that on mobile there is always an ellipsis (...) causing customers to not fully read the title ending which often contains the most important specification such as a cable length and amperage. I have spoken to many sellers and we all agree this is such an irritating issue.
The second and last major issue is when searching for a product on the app, the seller name is not visible at all and that’s very irritating. It’s viable on desktop but not on the app. It would be also nice if customers can view the store front of the seller when clicking on the seller name, like they can do on desktop. Please fix these too issues as soon as possible.
I will give a better rating once these issues are fixed.
