Painful logging
Need to enter password every time to log in. Please listen to the user feedback and implement Touch ID or remember password option
Good app but login is rubbish
Should not have to input your password every time you want to use the app, very frustrating compared to every other banking app in 2019...

Why log in every time?!
Once you're in the app is clean and easy to navigate. Instant top ups are great as well. But why do I have to put my password in every single time I launch the app? It's a real pain.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded because website won’t let me log in. App will not load balance either and says “error”. Embarrassingly poor
Constantly locked out since new app
Haven’t even managed to register for app yet. Even website a struggle as appears I have the audacity to have more than one device...so they keep locking account!
Wow great new update
Love this app especially since the update. Really looks slick and works well with easier transaction view. How updates should be done!
Redesign is great
At last the Purecard app gets the attention it always needed. Easy(ish) to top up. Very intuitive user interface. Cheers Purecard
