App won’t work
The app has always been a bit rubbish, but is now totally unusable with no update from the developers. When you try and use it there is an error message saying using an old version. So delete, download from AppStore….. same message. So the app is completely unusable. This isn’t the first review with this problem, so where is the update PureCard??

Can’t log in
Have tried using the App telling me I’m using an older version when I delete and reinstall from the App Store still says the same! I give up and then you choose a nickname for this review and it says this name is taken I’ve tried 7 all connected to me in one way and another! The site is a joke
Stressful and unreliable
I can never use the card because logging in/topping up etc is too much hassle. The app makes you input your password every time you open it and it usually says error when you try to top up.

Hi Peachdesu, it sounds like you are using our sister product bYond. If you haven't already, please download the bYond app. You can log in using finger print or face ID if you have this enabled on your phone! Thanks, Stacey
App top-up has a Java script error
This is generally a great app, but since about a month ago started seeng a Java script error when trying to top up the card. The only way to top it up now is via a browser - not an awful workaround but should not be necessary.

App doesn’t keep up to date
The app balance is always inaccurate which makes it difficult to know exactly how much money you have on your card. You also have no idea how much cash back you have earned. It’s a fairly pointless app when you consider that you have to log in to your web account to get the information you need

Try to log in and get a load of data script as a warning message and then get chucked out! Need to fix this please!

Terrible app
App is really clunky to use. Touch ID was a promising improvement, but works really badly. Improvements needed.
