Four years after last review, the fields and fonts arw the same color so one cannot see the field labels or what one is typing. There for you cannot test the app, let alone log in. App Store says the app was last updated four years ago. The android app does not show up for my multiple android devices. Why is Vanco still selling the card readers to clients? Username can never be found, can’t reset username or password. Customer service was extremely polite, responsive, and tried very diligently to be helpful. However, all attempts at a resolution were unsuccessful. I’m seriously creeped out that these people have my credit card info. Don’t use this app.Show lessField background and word same color!
First time user. App works well on my Android but hoping to use it on iPad. No go! The apps field colors at sign in screen and the labels in the field appear to be the same color; I do not know what the app is asking for or needing in these fields. I thought my setting on iPad needed adjusting but had my wife try it on her iPhone. Same thing happens there.
Using the app on iPad would be easier since the keyboard is larger , but until Vanco fixes this problem, I may need to use Square instead. I’d give one star but giving Vanco opportunity to get this fixed, and if so can improve the rating.Show less
