  • Unusable

    Four years after last review, the fields and fonts arw the same color so one cannot see the field labels or what one is typing. There for you cannot test the app, let alone log in. App Store says the app was last updated four years ago. The android app does not show up for my multiple android devices. Why is Vanco still selling the card readers to clients? I will ask for my money back.

  • The app from H3ll

    Username can never be found, can’t reset username or password. Customer service was extremely polite, responsive, and tried very diligently to be helpful. However, all attempts at a resolution were unsuccessful. I’m seriously creeped out that these people have my credit card info. Don’t use this app.

  • Field background and word same color!

    First time user. App works well on my Android but hoping to use it on iPad. No go! The apps field colors at sign in screen and the labels in the field appear to be the same color; I do not know what the app is asking for or needing in these fields. I thought my setting on iPad needed adjusting but had my wife try it on her iPhone. Same thing happens there.

    Using the app on iPad would be easier since the keyboard is larger , but until Vanco fixes this problem, I may need to use Square instead. I’d give one star but giving Vanco opportunity to get this fixed, and if so can improve the rating.

  • Don’t Bother, the App Won’t Work. Just use the website.

    App only states User Not Found no matter what. It appears to be an issue with the model number on iPhones and iPads including non-alphanumeric characters. There is no support for the app on the Vanco website and it is honestly one of the worst app experiences I have ever had. It is inefficient and not worth the time wasted to try and use for our church. I will be stuck with manually entering card numbers on the website and when our current event is over, I will not be recommending that we continue using Vanco.

  • Nice Application

    Installation and setup was easy and seamless. Application is intuitive and works really well. No complaints.
  • Overly basic

    This app works okay for swiping credit cards. However the user interface is overly cumbersome and not intuitive. Impossible for a first time user, which makes this pretty worthless for a giving kiosk at a church. Requires a pass code or use which is also a negative.

    Worst of all this app doesn't work in landscape mode so the iPad must be vertical, and even with a stand this is much less secure.

    This app needs lots of help to be more than just barely functional.
