Paid for one year subscription and stopped working
Our son loves this app so we paid the $48 for the year and it stopped letting us access all the features he loves and states we need to pay. Our subscription doesn’t expire until March 2024.
Can we please get some assistance with this issue? Other than the issue of paying and not receiving what we bought, we’d be giving this 5 stars.Show lessjcolunga4489

I paid for a full year of this app since my autistic child likes it. It has not worked properly since ios 16 came out. It lags and constantly freezes on a brand new iPad. The last time it was updated was 2 years ago. Yet they still charge almost $100 a year.Guitar1699
My toddler loves it but...
I paid for the full game on my iPad but the full version won’t work on my phone even tried uninstalling it but the levels are still locked.Sethaniel Peckitt
Great App for Kids
My toddler loves this app. She's right at the point where she is starting to learn to write, so this app is a great game and teaching tool at the same time. She has a bit of difficulty with it, but her big sister loves to help her as well, and it's a great practice of patience for her too. Fun app for your little ones

Recurring restore issues
This app is cute when it works. However I constantly have to “restore” the app on my phone so that it works on the kids iPads. Which is just inconvenient if I am busy or not home. I tried multiple times to restore from their iPads and it just doesn’t work. No error messages or anything. I finally just tried it from my phone where I had downloaded it originally and it worked... sometimes. When it’s restored it works for maybe a day or two then needs restored again. My kids just stopped playing it because it hardly ever works when they open it. I have an iPhone Xs Max and their iPads are only a year old. I ensure all our devices are updated as well. I will be canceling the subscription.Show lessLeonards206

This app is great for little ones. I just downloaded it, and my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loved it. The reason it is only getting three stars and why I probably won’t get the subscription is because through apple the subscription prices are 50% more than on google. I have a google tablet and will get the one year subscription for $40, rather than $80.Show lessSammyJo369
Great for preschool kids
Such a fun app full of kids games. It’s bright and colorful along with fun learning tools through kids puzzles. The music is entertaining and some of the puzzles would be fun toddler games even if they aren’t in preschool yet.Keiy910
Great kids puzzles!
I believe this app is a great addition to the baby app world. The baby games are actually pretty fun. As an adult I felt that some of the kids puzzles were challenging but I like that you cannot get the answer wrong, it just corrects you instantly. That will help children be encouraged to continue playing the preschool games and feel confident about getting the answer right.Show lessabygail.rebecca
Great early learning experience for children
this app is a great little way to help younger children open up more to the idea of school maybe a child getting ready for preschool I think it definitely would be a fun and interactive experience for children and parents couldn’t disagree it’s free worth the try many preschool games, toddler games, kids puzzles that are effective I think on the flag game there should be someway to signal if you pressed the wrong flag because it’s just pressing buttons not much learning there but all else on this app can be a great fun early learning experience for childrenShow lessTimCruse
