Pretty impressed
I’m pretty impressed with the quality of this game. I have a toddler that’s just reached learning phase, and she seems to really enjoy this game. It has a lot of different kids puzzles that can keep my toddler entertained for a long time, especially the mathlingo kids games. You need subscription to access more puzzles, but the selection of free puzzles can still keep your child entertained for a long time. Definitely one of the best preschool games I’ve downloaded!Show lessjustiosluv
Great game
This is a great preschool game for kids. It’s not boring and helps the kids to learn basic things at the same time. My niece loved the kid puzzles game and the coloring pages. Thanks to the developers and keep the good work!! We need more baby games like this one 👍👍Hossy_06

This is a very cute preschool games application. It has all kinds of fun kids puzzles for you children to play. I like the characters of the app. The interface looks appealing and the app runs smoothly. So many kids games for them to enjoy!BeyonceMyRock
Getting billed twice every week
I have two iPads that my toddlers use. one big and one small. Just because I downloaded this games from my Apple ID the same app on the other iPad it charged me for two downloads! And they don’t fix it. Be careful what this app is charging check your receipts. Horrible! Don't Buy!!!
It is not at all what I expected by reading the description. It is definitely not designed for preschool age, and it doesn't let you navigate. Everything takes forever to download and it takes you to a completely different game, and then you can't navigate back home. I hit the shapes and it took me to having to choose a flag for Papua New Guinea. It is very frustrated for an adult, 10 x worse for a child. I deleted it same day.Show lessMama Bear Says
Be warned about trial subscription!
Just tried 3 day free trial and my card on my Apple account was charged the full price of a yearly subscription after just a few hours! It wasn’t clear this would happen otherwise I’d never approve.
Had to have Apple support chat to which they cancelled my trial and processed refund but it can take up to 30 days.
Not the way to do business and I’ve never had other app trials charge my card before the expiration.

Seems Deceitful
Don’t download it. It may be listed as free, but I believe it’s intention is to force some payment. I downloaded it, but it’s not appropriate for my child. I tried to cancel within an hour or so of initial download. Unfortunately, it’s instructions for cancellations are not accurate. There is no button to cancel and the threat of automatically subscribing me at 48 hours for >$100 via my apple account is irritating.

Worst experience ever!!!
I did a trial of this app and was never able to use it bc it froze up every time. This was on a new iphone. I was signed up automatically for $81 and unable to get a refund. The apple site sent me to the app directly which took weeks to get a reply. They sent me back to Apple who said they were unable to refund me. I am now the owner of an $81 app that is unusable. The Apple supervisor was so rude after I spent 40 mins getting through an automated system and totally unapologetic about being unwilling to assist me. Dealing with Apple has become just like dealing with the big cable companies. I will be switching away from these products immediately!! What crooks!Show lessBbernthal

I tried the three day trial and the game was alright but didn’t have enough worth it to pay for the subscription so I canceled a day before the trial was over. The subscription was never canceled though and still being charged for the whole year. Wouldn’t download it unless your already expecting to pay. Also it took a while for the games and other activities to download.Show lessBeasley93

Customer service replied to my email right away and they helped me restore the App on my device within minutes. I am happy with the service and my 2.5 year old son is enjoying and learning at the same time using the Zoolingo AppBibi_arr
