How do you turn off the sound?
This app is really useful for checking inventory and the Google Form function works smoothly. However, the confirmation beep that sounds each time a barcode is scanned is deeply irritating and I can’t seem to find a way to switch it off? When working long shifts taking inventory it’s very frustrating that the app prevents you from simultaneously listening to music on your phone (because of the beep sound). Use to like this app for work
This app use to be great for scanning QR codes but this new updates doesn’t allow me to scan multiple QR codes or scan QR codes on a phone. An error pops up every other scan and it doesn’t go away. Needs to be fixedreviewsss017

This app has impacted every aspect of my business in a positive way that couldn’t have existed without it. The flexibility of this tool is what makes it so powerful. It can literally be used for anything. I thought it couldn’t get any better, but then I ran into a user error on my part and discovered this app also comes with the fastest and best Customer Service I have ever worked with. Works great!
I wanted to design a form to scan student IDs for bathroom breaks. I downloaded the app and began researching how to do it. Andy was great! I sent him several emails and he walked me through the process and sent me helpful videos. It works! Now we’re trying to implement it school wide. Thank you, Andy!Show lessE0804
Horrible
It was good before enforcing https and even that doesn’t work. Don’t force us, give us the choice. I was so happy and recommending it to a client to purchase and install on multiple devices but I am now surprised at how none functional this is. Looking for an alternative ASAP. SSL is a requirement for your security and protection, Apple has also enforced this for all third party web browsers. We do offer alternatives and can assist directly. Our run club leaders all downloaded and paid for this app before it was a subscription model. Now Berry wings have added an update so that those who have an iPhone now have to pay for an expensive subscription that our run club can’t afford. How is it fair that if you pay for the app you have to it for subscription too? We would never of bought the app if we knew you were changing to a subscription model. Totally rubbish. This app was desirable with a flat fee. We developed apps to use it in our organization and intended to buy many additional copies. And now suddenly, a monthly fee subscription model -- for an app that we needed no changes to. We're moving on.naughtoday
App is worth it
This app works perfectly with Google Sheets and the upgrades are worth the subscription.EBartol
Subscription fee makes it not worth it
The interface is pretty painful, doesn’t look nice, but I was willing to look past it because it was a one time fee, well now they ask for a monthly subscription fee. It’s a joke. You have to pay the subscription fee for every device that uses it. I’m moving on, not an app worth paying monthly fees for.Show lessAll episode listener
