Have been using the free version for some time now. And was sent a request with a special subscription yearly rate. Couldn’t pass it up. This app gives me a smile first thing every morning. I’m Administrator on a couple of sites locally so the groups get a snapshot of the Weather Kitty photo pop-up with main info. People in those groups plus my own personal feed look forward to it. I guess it puts a smile on their faces, too. I’ve had lots of comments around our little town & when I don’t post a daily Weather Kitty report, I hear about it, LOL. Lazy I guess, rather shave me do it than them. Although, I have had a few download the app, too. They become fans. Saw this in a pop up ad in something I was scrolling through, so I thought, eh, I’ll check it out and then delete it. … Now … 😻IT’S LIVING ON MY PHONE FOREVER!! 🐈⬛ It made me laugh and smile instantly! I pulled up the weather and was amazed at how detailed and thorough it is! It even Meows at me!! (I must admit it scared the crap out of me the first time😂) I love that I can send a page of it to my friends and family to see every time a really funny cat comes up. Due to those messages, I’ve had to send the link for the app to them because they want it now. So if you love funny pictures of cats (I use the crazy cat art theme), and detailed, accurate weather, get this app and smile everyday!!!!! 😻😸😺😹😽🫶🐾 2 paws upShow lessPittpatt
This is the best app for cat lovers
I am stranded in the middle of the woods with nothing except for this app this is the best app I’ve ever seen in the entire world. I think this app will help me be saved from whatever cursed got me out here. I use this app when I’m sleeping. I use this app when I’m cutting down trees and I use this app when I mutilating dead animals to eat when I’m hungry. if you get this app, all your troubles were gonna weigh and you won’t have to think about that you’re stranded in the middle of the woods on an island far from civilization. after the multiple years of me, owning this app, I have come to think I am one with the cats. This app adds sunshine
The free choices of cat photos are guaranteed to make cat and animal lovers smile. And the weather forecasts have a high right of accuracy by the hour. You can also track the weather of several cities of your choice all over the world. Useful and fun app. Ads are not too bothersome. I think Weather Kitty wrote this review but I not only agree with their comments but I have to add my own. I love weather kitty. The comic cat pictures make be smile and they change from night to day. I also easily track the weather in cities all over the world so I can remind my grown up daughters to be sure to dress warmly or remember their umbrella. Actually their Dad does that. And the weather is accurate enough for me to make it my one and only weather app. And if you are a dog lover, there’s weather puppy. Alas, if you love frogs, I don’t think there’s a weather froggy. Used to be cute, now it’s ugly
The app used to feature cute and even beautiful photos of kittens and cats. The photos were a fun way to cheer up about awful weather (heat waves, cold rain, etc.). Unfortunately, I’ve noticed they’ve started to use “AI”-generated images instead of the photographs, and the images are ugly as heck. They have the usual “AI”-generated image smears and uncanny valley visual weirdness that are so off-putting in “AI”-generated images. There are still some actual photos being used, but the “AI”-generated images seem to be overtaking the photos and seeing such ugly, off-putting things makes miserable weather worse. It’s a shame. It used to be a really cute app I recommended to friends and coworkers. Definitely do not recommend to anyone now, at least not until they stop using these off-putting smeary non-felines.Show lessltsk

Hi. Thanks for writing with your feedback - the two of use appreciate it. There are over 1,000 photos in the app with just a handful (maybe 15 newer ones) having any AI in them. We think it is prudent to experiment with new tech to see if there is a way for it to improve the app and hope you have some patience on that journey.Cool app with cute cats telling you the weather
If you want something other than a boring weather app with cute pictures of cats and kittens too, then you need to download this app to see all the pictures. The app is free to download, but if you want no ads, you can join Meow Prime. I love the free version and they do occasionally give you a new freebie of different cats to change the scenery. If you love cats, you need this app which does show you the extended forecast and weather map if you swipe up from the bottom and you can even add your own kitty if you subscribe to Meow Prime. Surprisingly a great app
I really like this app because of the facts that it is actually well done showing all the data you could possibly need and also the fact that it is regularly updated. I originally downloaded this app as a joke but now I try ink I use it more than the apple weather app. Another thing to like is that you don’t have to have the “meow prime” to get more backgrounds but instead you can just watch a small commercial/advertisement which are usually skips me after 5-10 seconds and get the background you liked. I actually added a bunch of cities I don’t need to see the weather of just to see more of those backgrounds.
Overall a great app and probably better than what you use right now, so you should defiantly get this appShow lessCatpuzzlelover
My ideal weather app
I have been using this app for years now and absolutely love it. It is perfect and I have never been able to think of anything that could make it better.
I also want to recognize the creators. I know the app is having a bumpy time right now and they're clearly working hard on getting things up and running again. They were also so friendly when I emailed them. Plus. I had a good giggle because Roger is my friend's cat's name. I won't be getting rid of this app and I will continue to patiently check in to see how things are coming along.Show lessKdrathedragon
Weather Kitty gives me a good feel for the weather!
I need Apple weather to say the temperature and the basic weather but Weather Kitty lets me know how I’m gonna feel about it! For example Apple usually tells me it’s about 4+ degrees colder than it will actually feel with my coat on and moving. This morning it was snowing but also rain was forecast and it said about 34 F. So not bad but the kitty was as if singing and dancing in the rain like Frank Sinatra! The night before it had been rainy and cold so the App had showed a wet Cat happy to be towelling off. Maybe it’s just coincidence but today it was like, “You go girl!” We weren’t yet plowed & it wasn’t great for driving but it was a fine for a walk! I did use my ice attachments and maybe a walking stick or 2 wouldn’t have hurt but it was fine. Thanks, Kitty(I know I could just look up Real Feel too)! I was slightly careful…but the mood! Extremely Accurate forecasts
I have tried many other weather apps and this is by far the best one. It shows me exactly what I want to know on the first screen and I just need to scroll down one screen to finish seeing the hourly forecast. You can scroll to see the daily forecast at a glance. Very well thought out for the person on the go that doesn’t have a lot of time to play around with an application. Well done!Show lessOalexz
