Not work at all
Purchased a 12-months subcri, but the App Not work at all on my windows PC. And the support team no update at all after two mails with problem un-solved. Unbelievable!!! Both the App and the team service!!!!!
Scam and shameless company
I used it for 3 months while I was working in China and payed month to month service, never signed up for autopay, and once I came back to Europe and stopped using it I stopped paying for it,and double checked before deleting the app that the autopay is not on...and it wasn’t since I never signed up for it. I deleted the app and year after I realized I’ve been charged on my account every month for a full year for their service since I somehow “signed up” for autopay...I contacted customer service and they responded they will refund just last 3 months since they see I was signed up for autopay...I explained that I never signed up for autopay and that they can see in their system that I haven’t been using the app for a full year and that it was deleted and they never responded to me. This is such a shame to receive this kind of treatment and realize how shameless these companies are in filling their pockets by scamming people.

When it works it’s good
Connectivity is usually pretty solid, although you have to switch locations quite often. Sometimes it works for a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days, but you’ll certainly have to switch locations frequently. However, it seems lately they’ve spent more resources posting advertisements for promotional discounts less keeping the app working. And from China, if you want to send a support ticket you need to be on VPN. If the VPN isn’t working, well… No support. I wouldn’t need support if the VPN was working. See the problem here?

beware of FLOWVPN
Hopeless customer service. VPN several times stop corking. I cancel my subscription and I think it’s all done. What was my surprise after a year when my account was charged for another subscription that I already canceled without my permission . customer service does not respond to any e-mails. Until today, I have not recovered my money. Gang of thieves.

Doesn't work well anymore
In the past I would have given this 5 stars but recently it's been a pretty useless app! It refuses to connect and only one out of ten times does it connect and even then not for long. FIX IT!! PLEASE!!
