Frustrating Experience with Subscription Management

I’ve been using this app for a while and generally enjoyed the features it offers(my second subscription). However, I’m really disappointed with how it handles subscriptions. I still have 6 months left on my current subscription, but the app is constantly pushing me to purchase another subscription, which is frustrating and unnecessary.

What’s worse is that I’m unable to access the features I’ve already paid for. It feels like the app is trying to force me into paying twice for the same service. This is not acceptable, and it’s making me reconsider using the app altogether.

I hope the developers address this issue quickly because it’s unfair to loyal customers who have already paid for the service. Until then, I can’t recommend this app to others. Please fix this!

Why do I have to pay for EVERYTHING!?

So I got this app because I saw how it rubs out things on the picture you don’t want. So l went to do that on my picture, and when I was finished I pressed the tick. But then it said pay for unlimited access.
I know I should of expected that because it is a cool thing. Then I went to stickers and put them where I wanted ,pressed tick and it says pay for unlimited access again. This was annoying me but it did say or watch an ad. That ad was soo long. Also when I wanted to change my picture to an AL filter it took SOOO LONG! When it finally finished I never got it ! I am disappointed.

Hi, BeautyPlus is a free app with in-app purchases available. Removing ads is one of the privileges of being a Premium member. If you are unable to save your photos or videos, you may have used some Premium features (there is a diamond mark on the icons of all the BeautyPlus Premium features). Best game in the world

Love the game that is an ad, but it doesn’t like every 20 to 30 minutes not that many ads but it is very very good. Don’t listen to any of the reviews but the good ones because all the others are so bad and they are not even true guys I’m not lying. Try out for yourself is that good that I’ve been actually for ages and well I’ve finally got it just you want more information. download the app right now like literally it’s so good, you’ve just got to have it. I want to play this forever so I’m gonna take some more pictures. Anything else? I will update you guys but like seriously down load it is the best game in the world that’s why the title is best game in the world like seriously I’m not actually lying. Literally download it right this now

Refund

How do i get a refund back, my free trial started yesterday and they said it is a 7 day trial and now they’ve taken money out of my account which I didn’t ask for a year subscription

Hi there, if you subscribed to BeautyPlus Premium and were charged immediately, it is likely that you had finished the free trial period, or you might have chosen the Monthly subscription instead of the Yearly subscription. Please note that the free trial is only available when you select the Yearly subscription. If you request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Thank you for your understanding.

Subscription NOT WORKING

My subscription is expiring next year April 2025 but the app is not letting me use my current subscription and it’s asking me to pay again 😡

Duplicate charge on premium

My subscription is still valid until September this year however a few days ago the ads started to show; with the prompts to subscribe for AI premium and the photos i took for my son’s birthday using the app didn’t get saved until i paid for that again. This is unfair since i still see the end date being the same after i made that purchase. Please review and get back to me.

Hi. After you have subscribed to BeautyPlus Premium, if you do not see that your Premium membership has taken effect, it is easy to purchase the subscription again by mistake. Choose the item that you want a refund for and click Report or Report a Problem. 4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request. Bit unhappy

Great application however I’ve had this app for years now and my subscription is meant to end October. Now all of a sudden all the edit options are locked and it’s asking me to subscribe to unlock them when I already paid over $70 to be a member and it’s not even October yet when my subscription is meant to end. Now wants me to pay over $80 to unlock the edits.

Subscription issue

Every time there is an update you have to buy a new subscription and pay again. I paid in full for my subscription until January 2025 but the premium features don't work anymore so all my money went to waste and I basically paid $64 to have the bare minimum.

Too many ads

I understand that for a free app you’d need to have ads to be able to keep it running, but this app has had a massive uptick in ads to fund their AI stuff that no real artist wants. I never had to deal with ads before, only when first starting the app or when wanting to try out certain filters, but now it’s gotten to the point of showing an ad if you just want to take ONE picture. It’s absurd, and makes the free app feel like malware.

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON?!

First, I would like to say I never thought I would ever have to write a review like this, especially about my favorite app PERIOD!! I understand app developers love to tweak things here and there to improve what their app has to offer, but why in the world would you change your app in a negative manner and take away from your product??! That makes no sense to me, at all!? So, I noticed almost a week ago that if you are using the Beauty Plus app to take a selfie the quality is no longer there?!!! Even if you are using a flash, the picture is extremely dark, as if you were in a cave!!? The photo is extremely pixelated and this is even the case if you change the filter!!!! At first, I thought it was due to a dirty lens on my iPhone but this was still the case after I cleaned it multiple times! Also, if you flip the lens and take a picture using the flash it comes out extremely vibrant, clear, and crisp!! Something is not right here!! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON??! HEEEEEELLLLPP!! Please help fix my favorite app! Don’t destroy a great thing, instead enhance your product to make it better or just put it back to the way it was two weeks ago!! P.S. my app is also up to date, so that is not the issue! Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter!!!
