Awesome!

Tbh, this app is amazing and to all the people who think it’s unfair that those who buy the membership or whatever get the other stuff... the stuff they have provided is is already awesome and has a lot! I love the filters and makeup decisions. My friend was like “Awesome!” When I told her it could make for forehead smaller, lol. Also, quick hint:

You can tap on the ones with the diamond on them and do them, then just take a screenshot of it. Make sure to do it last though, after you do all the other stuff!

It was the absolute best till the latest update

I’ve used this app for several years and it’s been my favorite even with all the bugs. With the recent update it’s all gone downhill. First and foremost I used to pay 4.99$ a month for this and when the new update was installed it kicked me out of the paid features. I thought it was a glitch so I closed the app waited a bit then tried again. It still failed, so I decided to turn off my subscription so I could get it again. When i looked i noticed the price had been bumped to 6.99 which is ridiculous. Not only that but they changed a lot of the filter to overblown versions of what they were. I wish they would go back to how they were. Will be looking for a new app.

Keep asking to renew subscription when my current subscription is still active.

This is the most annoying app ever since last updated. Keep asking me to subscribe and my current subscription will expire August 2021. I can’t use the app. The most annoying part is there’s no support to speak to. I NEED A REFUND..

Subscribed but unable to use the premium services

I subscribed for premium for one year, it was working well until the recent update. I cannot use all the premium effects even though I follow their instruction to restore purchase multiple times. It doesn’t work!!!! Uninstalling the app worked for few seconds but after closing the app. I couldn’t use the subscription again and bringing back all these annoying ads. I message them multiple times but no response. I am disappointed with their service. It’s a good app but the recent update make it unusable and I paid for one year but unable to enjoy it!!!!

I have a subscription until October 2021

It keeps asking me to renew it! I can’t reach out to anyone to look after this however the money was paid up! Anyone willing to fix this?

Good features, terrible management

So I’ve been using this app for a long time now and I’ve become really comfortable with the features it offers. I even have the paid membership for it. However anytime now I try to use the paid membership features, it acts as though I need to pay again and pressing “restore purchases” does absolutely nothing. The app is subject to constant changing of layout, changing and removing features, and undoing basically anything you’ve learned from it. I really want to keep using this app but if this continues, I’m gonna have to go somewhere else.

great!

this is a great app! it makes you look so cute! it’s good because loads of the filters are free! there are quite a lot of premium items but the app has to make money some how i guess. i downloaded some other filter apps and they all had the same problem: NONE OF THE GOOD FILTERS WERE FREE!!! but this app is great if you want lots of high quality filters. a lot of the AR style filters are premium and some stickers and little bits and bobs like that but overall this app if so fun and addictive. i would definitely recommend beautyplus to anyone who wants to jazz up their pictures or even just for anyone who wants a good laugh as there are some funny filters too.

Read The Privacy Policy!

Before a user can use this app, the devs ask for an agreement and confirmation to the Terms & Conditions which in some cases that’s fine. However I strongly suggest that the user reads the Privacy Policies before agreeing and confirming to the T&C’s due to the vast amount of personal information they collect from each user!

I have deleted this app and I have no intentions of ever installing it on my phone again due to the policies I have attached below which I copied from the Privacy Policies within the app -

Such personal information may include your email address, date of birth, images, geo-location, personal identity number, identifiable biological information, and financial information (such as credit card or bank account number, WeChat Pay or Alipay account information).
