Good program for sales contacts
I have been using this as a sales tool to categorize my groups in my sales organization.
Works well for me,
And contacts are easy to find by name or company.
The only area that I have found that could be tuned in is some contacts I have not been able to integrate from some of my previous contact programs.
I currently have 525 contacts in this program and ad more each week.

Not impressed
I paid for this app thinking I could send mass group texts. Then went I went to use it straight after my purchase realised it can only send up to 20 at a time.
I have free apps that can do all contacts.

🤬CRASHES EVERY 13 SECONDS!🤬
I have been desperately trying to segregate the over-synced contacts of my 5 email accounts synced with my best friends 9 email accounts, 8 phone numbers and 5 physical addresses... to ABSOLUTELY NO AVAIL! (I’m his POA while he’s ‘away @ College...’) I have been exercising extreme tenacity for 2 straight weeks, yet my attempts have proven futile. I am EXTREMELY frustrated with this crap app! I had intended on making a purchase of a subscription had the app performed as described! I, instead, will be searching for an alternate app that will suit both of our needs, in lieu of paying for this underachieving excuse for an app. Thank you for wasting my valuable time and even more valuable patience. 🤬 sadly enough, I am unable to give it the appropriate rating of -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lost without this
As someone involved with several community groups with fluctuating membership, I get so frustrated with Apple and it’s stupid, pointless, restrictions. Why can’t I create a group directly on my iPhone?
I’d be lost without this app. Apart from flawless, easy control over my addressbook, I also get backups and a lot more too.

Seems to work ok. But can be better.
I would like to have the option of changing the view.
Eg. remove the stupid round colored dot next to names. Makes it look cheap and very distracting. I can understand if you want a pic there but should be a choice.
Also change font, size, bold etc.
Not to much to ask for really considering most professional apps have these options.

Needs updating and bugs removed
Tried to send a group email to 88 people not one of them was sent, did the same with 4 people same again. Come on Devs do something positive and fix this program.
This is a very good program but there are still bits the programming team need to include and get rid of a bug regarding first and last name position.
Once fixed this will get 10/10 easily.
The problem occurs when you finish a letter like this example below,
See you soon
Yours xxxxxxxxx,
Then decide to add the first name for the whole group to the “see you soon part” it jumps down below this line, this is on my iPad and two dozen of my fellow workers iPad.
Your answer to me was a typical devs condescending reply, have you had customer service training by chance?

To specify first and last name position, go to your iPhone Settings > Contacts > Display/Sort Order.
Great tool that apple should have already incorporated into contacts
The “groups” function on iphone is pretty stupid if u ask me, I got a new mac book and only like half my contacts were synced to it while all my contacts remained on my phone. After working with apple support for an hour we ran out of options and they gave up. I did some more poking around and found this app. I was quickly able to send all my contacts on my phone to my mac via airdrop and then my mac updated all the contact cards. The 2 dollar premium was easily worth it to send all of them at once. Apple should have already had the ability to do this, but this is a good replacement

Simple and Effective
Love that you can send individualized messages. The layouts customizable, yet simple, so anyone can pick it up quickly. I use it for my business multiple times a week to follow up with +100 clients, so saying it’s life saver is an understatement. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was earned!💯🤘🏾
