Welcome to v9.0.8, we have some new things and some squashed bugs: New Certificate: Extended Plant Commissioning/Servicing Record (Non-Domestic) Certificate Change: Pest Control Inspection Report - Now has CRRU in the declaration, two new areas for Observations and Recommendations, a dedicated COSHH risk assessment box, 21 new pesticides (11 rodenticides and 10 insecticides), and a quantity section for all pesticides added. Various bug fixes and performance improvements.

We've added 7 new certificates including 3 PV / Solar, 2 Solid Fuel forms plus new additions for Gas and Oil. We've made Electrical Certificates such as EICR, EIC and CEIC easier to complete. Even more user-requested customisation options in our Customisable Questionnaire forms. We've made Sites and Plots work better. The team at Powered Now has been hard at work since our last update, and I have some exciting news to share with you. This is a slightly long "whats new", but full of product updates. We've added 10 new certificates, including industry-first renewable certs; images in projects have had a significant update, and we've added a new Engineer / Diary mode you will find helpful as well as over 300 other changes. We are really delighted to announce we have included four new Green Certificates to Powered Now, including: - Heat Pump Commissioning Certificate - Vented Cylinder Commissioning Certificate - Air Source Heat Pump Servicing Record - Solar Thermal Commissioning Checklist Powered Now is the first to bring all four into one app. These new certificates bring our total to 71; we have nearly every industry covered and are always up to date and fully compliant with all standards. New Questionnaire Form We've included a handy Customisable Questionnaire Form. You can have up to 5 variants, each with customisable titles, colours and up to 50 question-and-answer fields.  New Extended Measurement Form The new release also has a customisable Extended Measurement Form, perfect for people that, well, measure a lot of things! You can add up to 40 items on the form and either keep it for your own reference or send it to your customers. Like all forms, you can also grab a signature to make sure the customer signs it off. New Engineer & Diary View Sometimes all you want to know is, "where is my next job"? In the latest release of Powered Now you can switch your start screen between the dashboard, your jobs or your teams jobs. This is really useful for your Engineers if you want to keep them focused on the job at hand.  Better Photos in Projects One of our biggest wishlist requests was to improve the way photos work on documents such as Invoices, Quotes and Worksheets. We've made a huge improvement to this in the latest release. 1. Change the size of images on your documents - Photos can now be attached to documents in four different sizes, including a full page. Perfect if you want to upload plans. 2. Better resolution & pinch to zoom - We have also significantly improved the resolution and introduced pinch to zoom, so you can get into the details of complex photos or plans. 3. Allow for multiple images to be uploaded at once - We know this was annoying, sorry! You can now upload multiple images in one go. You can also delete individual images out of groups of photos. Unlimited Notes on Forms & Certificates We have introduced a new Notes section in Powered Now's certificates. This update addresses the need for a space with no character limits, allowing users to add unlimited notes to any certificate. The Notes section provides the option to explain details more thoroughly. Bugs Squished, Faster Performance v9.0.3 also brings a significant speed improvement to mobile and tablet users, especially on the first log-in, something those of you with large accounts will no doubt appreciate. We have also squashed a bunch of reported bugs, thank you for taking the time to let us know if you encounter a problem!

A minor maintenance release to fix a few minor bugs and issues that turned up from our big release in May. Thank you for your feedback. A reminder of what's new in version 9 of Powered Now: • Drag-and-Drop Schedule View: Our new Drag-and-Drop Diary makes it easy to schedule appointments, move them around, and adjust them as needed. Click and drag the appointment to a different time slot, and the system will automatically update your team's schedules. • New Customer Portal: All communications with your customers are now in one place. Our new secure Customer Portal enables your customers to access and manage their account information and interact with your business quickly and easily. Your customers can access their quotes, invoices and certificates online without having to chase you! Your customers can also see upcoming appointments and send messages directly to you. • New HR Features: Record important staff details directly into Powered Now, saving you time and making your scheduling easier, including name and address, picture, training records, appraisals, right to work and other documents. Reminders can then be used to track when training needs updating. Record both cost and charge out rate of staff. Details of holidays, sickness, absence. Our new reports can show you the total holiday, sickness or other absences taken each calendar year. • Appointments pass directly to your navigation app of choice: We've included an automated link to your default maps app or Waze so that the user is navigated to the correct address with one click on an appointment. • Enhanced Notifications: In this release, we have improved your and your customers' notifications experience. You now have complete control over what and when notifications are sent and by which medium. The exact messages sent can also be specified. • Simple Vehicle Management: You can now set reminders to track when MOT and service are due or when your van lease expires. • New Subscription Tier: We have introduced a new subscription tier called Premium. This tier comes with many of the v9 features as standard and a dedicated support helpline. • As well as these new features, there are many minor improvements to individual pages and workflows as well as bug fixes.
